De ASE B083-L/S is een IP bullet bewakingscamera met een resolutie van 8 MP voor beelden van hoge kwaliteit. Dankzij ColorVu-technologie levert hij 24/7 kleurenbeelden, zelfs bij weinig licht, met behulp van intelligent hybride wit licht en infrarood licht tot 30 meter. Het beschikt ook over Smart Hybrid Light-technologie, die het lichttype automatisch aanpast op basis van de omgeving, en AI-technologie om valse waarschuwingen te minimaliseren door zich te concentreren op mensen en voertuigen.
Deze camera is voorzien van een 1/2,7" CMOS-sensor met progressieve scan en biedt een brede kijkhoek met vaste lens van 2,8 mm. De camera profiteert ook van een breed dynamisch bereik (WDR) voor heldere beelden, zelfs bij tegenlicht. H.265+ videocompressie vermindert de bandbreedte- en opslagvereisten aanzienlijk.
Voor een flexibele installatie ondersteunt de camera PoE (Power over Ethernet) volgens de IEEE 802.3af-standaard, waardoor de stroomvoorziening en netwerkverbinding worden vereenvoudigd.
